24 Gauge

Specifications: Sections are 2 inches thick. Each sections is manufactured from 24 gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel. Sections are pre-painted white and rotary embossed with a wood grain texture, ultra high definition raised panels. Vertical stile members are 19 gauge hot-dipped galvanized I-beams pre-painted white to match the interior side of the door. Stiles are riveted and bonded to the interior face of the door with an epoxy-based cement. Bottom sections are reinforced with aluminum “L” angle and bonded to the bottom of the section for supporting a replaceable UV protected bottom weather seal.

Hardware: Hot dipped galvanized , 14 gauge wide body end roller hinges and 16 gauge interior hinges. Rollers are 2-inch black nylon, galvanized torsion tube, self-locking fasteners, pre-painted springs. pre-painted springs.

25 Gauge

Quality constructed 25 gauge, 2-inch thick uninsulated steel sectional garage door. High quality, low cost door. Sections are pre-painted white and rotary embossed with a wood grain texture, ultra high definition raised panels. Vertical stile members are 19 gauge hot-dipped galvanized I-beams pre-painted white to match the interior side of the door. Hardware: Galvanized, 16 gauge wide body hinges, black nylon rollers, self-locking fasteners, galvanized torsion bars and pre-painted springs.

Steel-back

Specifications: Steel sections are a full 2” thick and are manufactured from 25 gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel on the face skin and 26 gauge steel on the backskin in 21- and 18- inch heights. Both of the steel skins are pre-painted white or almond with a ten coat rust protection system and rotary embossed with wood grain texture. Bottom sections are fitted with a full-length reinforced aluminum bottom retainer that is mechanically fastened and bonded to the section with structural adhesive for added strength, and it supports a replaceable UV protected grooved weather seal for further weather protection.

Hardware: Hinges are the commercial wide body design in 14 and 16 gauge galvanized steel. Rollers are black pre-lubricated nylon, torsion springs are pre-coated with corrosion resistant coating, fasteners are self-locking, and the torsion tubes are galvanized.
